I came back from Bali last week and I just wanted to write an appreciation email to your company for the good service I received from your company and the driver you provided me with.

I am really impressed with the service I received from Mr Arik Ponsel. I have overflowing compliments for him. From his service to his good attitudes to his characters, even the word excellent isn't enough to compliment all of that. For the four days that he was our driver, my family and I felt completely safe having him around. He was reliable, responsible, very humble, and a very good driver that make us feel very easy to be around him.

Day 1 when we arrived in Bali we were quite late as our flight was delayed and we were afraid that Mr Arik might have left, but we were so delighted to see him when we got out of the arrival gate. We were very impressed with his greeting and welcoming us to Bali. He took the chance to get to know us straight away and strike a conversation with us so as to bond faster. We were surprised that before he began the journey he already apologize for anything wrong that he said or will said, did or will do. This shows that he is a very good and humble person which makes us feel even much more comfortable with him.

No matter where our destinations were he would safely drive us there and I should say that he is a very patient driver who priorities our safety. He is also very thoughtful when driving past sceneries that we couldn't get in Singapore and slowed down for us to snap a few pictures. He also took the initiative to explain to us things that we didn't know of and from there our journey is always filled with things to talk about, making us feel at ease and satisfied that we get to know more about Bali roads, places, history and many more from Mr Arik Ponsel. We felt like we were treated like royalties because Mr Arik made sure that every time he dropped us at our destination it will directly be in front of the entrance so that it wouldn't be a hassle for us to walk. He also made sure to guide us along if we need to purchase any tickets for entrance to any tourist attraction places we went to, so that we are not lost as to where we are suppose to purchase the tickets or head to. He took care of us really well as he knew it was the first time my family and I visited Bali.

I would also comment on his fast thinking skills as to where he could bring us to visit along with the itinerary we already had. He would suggest to us places that we could stop by, that lots of tourist visited. We were really grateful for the ideas he gave as it makes our trip much more enjoyable. There were lots of places that were not in our list but Mr Arik was the brain in helping us filling in those places that we could have missed.

His working attitude and etiquette is very commendable. He was never late even once. In fact, he is always very early and he made sure that he will be there first before we even got out of our hotel room. Bima Sakti Car Rental must acknowledge this kind of driver. He definitely lives up to the company's motto as the 'number 1 car rental service in Bali'.

To sum up, we really appreciate Mr Arik's service for the four days that he was with us. No amount of complementary words can justify his excellent service. I would like that the higher management recognize such worker that they have. His work attitude can be a role model to others and so that could bring Bima Sakti Car Rental up to another level. His humbleness and kindness is one that we cherish. He was our driver, our guard and like our father throughout the four days that we were in Bali. We felt really safe there with his company and guidance as almost all of us were ladies. We will definitely want to use Bima Sakti Car Rental service along with Mr Arik Ponsel's service again when we return in December.
